Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital goods (such as templates, downloads, or design assets) delivered instantly upon purchase.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

We want you to be happy with your purchase. At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund in the following cases:

The product doesn’t match its description or preview,

A technical issue prevents you from accessing or using the product, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days,
You were charged more than once for the same item.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@templatero.com, and include your order number and a description of the issue.

4. No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Change of mind or accidental purchases,

Lack of technical knowledge to use the product,
Claims made after the files have been accessed, downloaded, or used.
Products purchased on sale or as part of a bundle (unless broken or unusable)

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Payments & Platform

All payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy. In certain cases, Lemon Squeezy may automatically issue a refund (e.g., to prevent chargebacks). Such refunds may be handled without direct involvement on our side.
